The chair is generally comfortable to me but I wish the posterior thigh area could be tilted down a bit.

The head rest has a tilt adjust but does not adjust up and down so the head rest hits my shoulders at times. It was easy to assemble and not a great chair but for the price a good chair.

As a person with major back issues this chair with luimbar suppoort and adjustable back and seat adjustment has been of great help.

Great for back issues

Great chair!! Definitely as adjustment period if you’re post back surgery or if you just have bad posture. (I had both!) My doctor recommended incremental sitting/training. I could not switch from my old chair to this one and sit in for 8 hours. I did 30 minutes at a time started at my dinner table before taking to work. But once you’re adjusted and posture is corrected this is am AMAZING chair and I recommend to all!!

It is a good chair for that price. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the head piece and the arms would go higher. I have to kind of slouch down a bit if I want my head to be supported. Other than that it's very comfortable.
