I put a space heater near it and the heat went right thru it and I thought it would be cold in the winter. Easy assembly; no words in directions just pictures but needs patience because everything is concave hex bolts and you have to use included tool by hand. Recline can be stopped out in stages or you can stiffen the recline with adjust knob and achieve universal adjustment. The only chair that supports the neck is very nice. 7 year Warranty for materials and workmanship as long as someone dose not drop a cigarette on it or have a scissors stuck in your back pocket. Will have to see about longevity of chair.

Great chair easy to put together. So much better and more comfortable than my old one. A definite working from home upgrade. My only complaint is I wish the lumbar and head rest were a little more adjustable
