Small poorly built

Very narrow chair. Initially liked this aspect as I have an old 1950s steel desk. Lean adjustment didn't work and the neck is way too low. Love the mesh but everything else was bad.

Nice chair but took much longer than necessary to pull together because two of the screw sockets were faulty.

Do not buy if you are a normal sized man...

I am 6' tall average sized man and purchased this chair because it toutes its versitility and adjustability. The head rest digs into my SHOULDERS at its higest setting and the lumber support is lower than i need it at its highest setting. I am sure it would be great for someone under 5'8" but dont advertise something as having great adjustment and being versitile when it cannot even fit a normal sized man correctly. Quite a frustrating experience.

Short person chair

Purchased this chair for my home office. I used to have Herman Miller ergonomic chairs when I used to work for a living. Chair arrived and noticed that the box was fairly heavy. Opened it up and pulled out the components. Everything looked to be well built high quality. Started assembly of the chair and was impressed with the build quality. Looked good and felt good. Went to sit down in the chair and found the problem that led to the title of the review Short Person Chair. I am 6'-2" tall with a lot of my height in my torso. I found that no matter how I adjusted the head rest it drilled me right in the top of my shoulder blades very uncomfortable. My wife who is 5'-8" tried it and the chair fit her perfectly. Overall I liked the chair other than the headrest issue. Took the two screws out holding the headrest on and removed it. Now I have a great office chair.

I have a bad back and needed a comfortable chair when I work on my home computer. Going to Staples and after trying out at least 5 chairs I decided on the Hyken chair. It met all my needs and I recommend it.
