Two screws did not fit

Nice chair but took much longer than necessary to pull together because two of the screw sockets were faulty.

I returned this chair the same day I bought it. Sitting in it for 2 hours proved that this was the wrong chair for me.

Chair is very nice and priced well I had assembly done and the technician came out to my office and put together. Good price for assembly and technician was great.

Cracked plastic.

A part of the plastic under the chair was cracked but the chair is still usable. I would have exchanged the product but the chair is a bit cumbersome.

The Hyken Mesh Chair is easy to assemble. I was looking for a mesh seat which I find very comfortable. I can sit in this chair all day. The style also fit into my home office beautifully.
