The chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Is was on sale and the price was reasonable. The color I wanted was not in stock. However the store had it transferred in from another local store. Very happy with the chair the the customer service.

My new Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair

Am loving this chair! Although it took me longer than expected to put it together everything I needed was in the box and the instructions were clear and uncomplicated. I am only 5 feet tall and this is the first office chair on which I can sit fully back in the chair with my feet on the floor so am loving the improved posture it provides me. L.

It's good but the wheels were kind of sticking so I replaced them with the wheels from the original chair. Also the headrest doesn't tilt back and forth as easily or slide up and down but that's actually a really good thing because on the old one it too easily slipped down when I didn't want it to. I'm guessing this level of stiffness is actually correct and it was the old chair that had it wrong.
