Instructions easy to follow hardware color coded and separated for ease of assembly. One small plastic part not easily seen was broken so will be stopping by Staples to see about a replacement. Parts were all well packed but being from china not unexpected. Great lumbar support.

I think I got a defective model

I loved this chair when I first sat in it but the mesh on the seat is sagging after 4-5 days of use. I weigh 170 lbs. kind of disappointing because I can tell it would be a nice seat if it weren’t for that. Also the headrest is loose & there is no way to tighten the Phillips head screws in it without some kind of tiny L-shaped screwdriver. So the headrest wobbles and the seat is sagging to the point of touching the base & I don’t weigh that much. I started off recommending this chair to everyone I know but now I don’t know.

I love this chair

It was hard to put together by myself because the seat was so heavy. To hold the seat and the back together was awkward and hard. But I love this chair. I spotted it at the store and fell in love with it. I had another chair from staples that was hurting my leg so I had to get a refund and I bought this one instead. It is such a nice chair.

Didn't find this complicated to assemble and a huge upgrade in comfort from what I had previously. My back enjoys the flexibility in being able to lean back much farther than in any other chair I've had. A week in enjoying the experience at my new WFH setup.

I recently purchased a mesh work station chair for myself at Staples. My wife has been using hers for a few months and finds it extremely comfortable and very functional for her needs. Both chairs were purchased at Staples where we usually buy our office needs. We find the prices reasonable and always take advantage of the Staples Rewards points. I need to mention that the personnel is helpful and make themselves available to answer any questions we might need. Jorge is the associate who recently helped us. He is very personable and walked us through the process from showroom to the register. He excused himself very politely from some other customers and promised to return when he was finished helping me. Jorge made me feel my business was important to him. I would recommend to purchase the extended warranty. It was very reasonable and provides all inclusive protection.
