The chair came with a ruffled up box but the chair was undamaged. I gave it 4 stars because the wheels look cheap and I didn't see ball bearings so this means it is not super smooth and will wear out sooner than later. On the good points it is comfortable and the mesh design will keep me cool during hot summers.

I bought one of these for my office about 2 years ago and my back pain hasn't returned since. Finally convinced 3 of my co-workers to get one as well. It only took us 20 minutes per chair to assemble (with two of us) - instructions are very easy to follow and not a lot of steps. They haven't stopped thanking me since. Best office chair ever.

This chair helped reduce the pain in my hip that was developed after the covid work at home situation in which I was using a dining chair.
