Comfortable seat your feet will slip off the base structure because it’s angled down toward the floor. I’m 6’1” and the head rest does not fit nicely at the base of my neck so I left that off. Otherwise I’m happy with it.

The chair gives my back and neck support needed to get through a full work day. I purchased for my home office and it isn't so large that it overwhelms my small space. Its easy to move around and I am pleased with the quality.

Purchased on recommendation from a narrator-friend I find FlexFit Hyken Mesh Task Chair comfortable and that it supports me ergonomically. However some adjustments are a bit tricky with scanty directions so I haven't yet figured out how to make some adjustments (e.g. tilt of seat). I'll get someone stronger than I to help make those adjustments. Note: I'm 5'6". When desk and armrest are at an ergonomic height for my wrists my feet need a step stool for support. I need a more adjustable table height (seating to standing desk) to adapt this chair just right.

I didn't receive the original shipment so I contacted Staples CS for assistance. The mishap was rectified swiftly and I received the replacement chair on the agreed upon time. Even if I don't end liking the chair the stellar customer service will keep me coming back to Staples. Keep up the great work!

We bought 2 of the same chair but the head rest is completely different from the other and not as comfortable one is concave the other is more pushed forward. Rather odd that it is the same chair. The chairs to sit and back are comfortable but the one headrest is not. Do not like to complain as this is small in today's world.

Chair is comfortable but... Headrest only adjusts frontward and backwards but not up and down Maybe my legs are too long but the seat is not long enough Needs more Seat back adjustment holes Otherwise Good chair
