I have been stalking this chair waiting for a deal due to the great reviews. After many months I finally found a deal in the <$150 price I was looking for. Step up was relatively easy due to great pictures. The various screws are in well labeled packaging. The headrest is OK for me. If you need it taller there are instructions on the web for some modifications. I used to sit on a cushion. I have not used a cushion yet as this is more comfortable than I expected. Overall a great adjustable chair!

The staff at our staples here in Brandwine were very helpful and supportive. The chair is very sturdy and was relatively straight-forward to put together. Instructions were really easy to follow -- just took a bit of time. Sitting is comfortable and I feel great (back pain gone!) My only complaint is the lever to control the tilt doesn't always "hold" the chair in the position I want to keep it in and it goes back. Kind of a hassle because I do like sitting up straight. Otherwise really good chair for everyday use.

The Hyken Mesh Chair is an excellent chair. the mesh makes it easy to clean. It can lean pretty far back depending on your adjustments also very comfortable. I've bought 3 of these chairs each for a member of my family they absolutely enjoy this chair. Highly Recommended.
