Can improvise with arm rest Lamar support and neck support is not comfortable at all I wanted to buy dexley but it didn't had 3 position recline lock so I went for hyken if dexley had 3 position lock I would have been awesome but dexley is a good improvement over Hyken

I like that the chair is very comfortable and extremely adjustable. There is some pressure on your legs at the front of the seat but otherwise a great chair. Some other reviews mentioned taking the head rest part off. I've personally kept mine on but it's very easy to take off if you don't like it.

Torture chair

I was bruised after sitting in it for one workday. Returned it the next day. The “lumbar support” should have been called “jabby piece of plastic”. The one I sat in at the store didn’t have this issue though so maybe the one I got was defective

Great build quality for this price point and super comfortable. The detail the manufacture included on how to assemble was extraordinary. Pleasantly surprised at the delivery time courteous delivery person and all around great experience. thanks Staples

This is a good budget chair. The only complaint is the headrest does not adjust vertically.

Great chair very comfortable 90% perfect costing much less than other similar quality chairs.

If the headrest was adjustable this chair would be perfect. And if the back tilt lock position had more gradations that would be a nice feature. But super comfortable and most excellent lumbar support which is why I bought it and I haven't been disappointed my lower back is looser after only 2 days of using it. So well done!

I think the Lumbar support is giving me lower back and kidney pain. I'm going to give it a few more days before I decide to return it. - M

Not big and tall

I love the chair generally. My only knock is that if you are 6 ft or taller the head rest will align with the top of your shoulder blades or even lower.
