I love the chair generally. My only knock is that if you are 6 ft or taller the head rest will align with the top of your shoulder blades or even lower.

Comical Ergonomics

I don't write reviews often but this product deserved a review. I'm 5'11 210lbs. I'm not tall and have a stocky frame. The headrest on this chair is so low that it's ridiculous. If you do some reading online then you'll find that this is a common complaint. In my case the headrest literally dug into my shoulders/neck rendering the chair completely unusable. This problem is so common that there is a "hack" described online in which you disassemble the headrest and flip one of its mounting brackets to raise it up an inch or so. Note that this is not an adjustment that you're supposed to make but it's easy to do. The other issue is that this chair is extremely narrow (seat and armrests). If you are a small person then this chair might work for you but anybody who is average sized will find it to be very narrow. I returned the chair for a full refund. I'm shocked at how many good reviews there are for this chair given how many people encounter the issues I did. I do not recommend it.

Pros-chair seems durable it’s very comfortable the head support is a nice feature the adjustable arms are also a nice convince the incline feature is also nice Cons-I’m 6ft 200pounds waist size 38 I fit comfortably in it BUT if I were to gain weight there’s a possibility I MIGHT not fit in it also while the neck support is a nice feature it’s not always wanted you can adjust it but in order to remove it you have to unscrew it off Over all yes I would recommend it it’s comfortable very comfortable depending on your size that might be a problem

The chair is very comfortable and was easy to put together. The adjustable back arms headrest and height are helpful and lets you customize it more than most chairs. Very happy with my purchase and the price point. NOTE: I sat in almost every chair in the store and was assisted by a staff member who helped point out the different features of the chairs. I narrowed it down to two chairs then sat in them for some time before deciding on this particular chair. Really like this chair.
