The back support and feel headrest feel a bit off if you’re of above average height but overall good chair. The arm rests are a bit hard but not too bad. Definitely an average chair not too good or too bad.

Only had for a week but very comfy. I’m about 5’6” and 145 and it’s supportive of my head and lumbar. There are many ways to adjust it to your needs. Set it up in about 30-45 minutes with one other person and fairly straightforward setup. And it comes with a 7 year warranty against normal wear and tear.

This chair is extremely comfortable. I got this chair because it has the head rest on it. I have neck issues and sitting in this chair all day leaves my neck not hurting like before. I would highly recommend this chair to everyone!

Dust magnet...

This is a very heavy chair and cumbersome chair. I thought the mesh back and seat design would be a plus but the area under the chair is hard to access and there are numerous compartments which are constantly filled with dust which is hard to remove. I mistakenly ordered not realizing that the arms are not retractable which has made my back problems worse but that was my mistake.
