Not for short people

This chair is not meant for short people (5'1"). I could not adjust it to be comfortable for me and returned it to the store.

Great chair it feels very comfortable and l’m so glad l decided against paying $60 for the store to set it up because the setup is so easy and straight forward

Chair is comfortable. The instructions show that the armrests swivel as well as move up and down. They only move up and down.
