Ok the chair itself is super comfortable. However the non-adjustable headrest is clearly designed for Munchkins. Seriously. It might work if you are 5'5" or so. But not if you are over 6 feet. I realize that I am above average at 6'3" but the headrest is between my shoulder blades with no way to raise it up. Hand to remove the thing just to use the chair. What the heck?? This chair was clearly designed by a vertically-challenged (whether they identify as so or not) person who lives in a very small box. And I picked this chair because of the headrest. Sigh. So if youre over 5'9" then find a different chair.
Chair is very comfortable and not very expensive. Cushion is nice and bouncy and the back has good lumbar support. Neck support is a good idea but it doesn't come forward far enough to support your head unless you are leaning back.
This the best office or any chair I have ever sat in by a large margin and I have sat in many. This is my second one because I wore my first one out after 6 years 10 to 14 hours a day. I would and will buy again.
