I love my chair. I sew sometimes for hours. If my neck & back become fatigued I lay back & relax them. The head rest is a blessing. I have recommended it to a friend already
This is a good and comfortable chair. I love the color. It seems pretty sturdy and looks like it will last me for years. The mounting holes were crooked on mine so the headrest tilts a bit to one side. I'm pretty anal about things like that but it may not matter to you. I recommend getting a nice set of wheels for it as well. I bought a set of the "rollerblade" style wheels for about $30 that really make a difference in looks and function.
I am very much enjoying my Hyken. It's super comfortable and blows away my old chair. I have even napped it in briefly. I wish it had a leg rest but that's no biggie. The only issue I have with the chair is that the lumbar support isn't supposed to or can't be removed easily. The current support pushes up the back of my shirt and the mesh can be irritating on my skin.
very comfortable and arrived to the store in 2 days just note the extra assembly charge is for someone to come to your house for assembly. not assembled by the store in that charge.
