Was having problems with the office chair I had at home. By the end of the day the backs of my thighs were killing me from hitting the had plastic around the seat cushion. This chairs mesh seat curves around the end before the hard plastic. No more sore thighs after working all day at home!

Once my last chair broke I immediately went to Staples to find the replacement and landed on the Hyken. I am completely satisfied I don't even notice it after a long day in front of the computer. All 3 of my WFH siblings swear by this chair. It is better than what I was using but there's something about it that's not life-changing. I will say my neck does not hurt after 9hrs. Would recommend!

Everything is good except one item - the headrest does not go up enough for anyone that is over 5ft 8inch tall. If you are shorter than it should work for you. I'm 5ft 9inch and because the headrest is not really adjustable to go up higher I end up shrugging making sitting in the chair uncomfortable. I threw the box out so I couldn't return it...ended up giving it to my 13 year old son.
