Everything is good except one item - the headrest does not go up enough for anyone that is over 5ft 8inch tall. If you are shorter than it should work for you. I'm 5ft 9inch and because the headrest is not really adjustable to go up higher I end up shrugging making sitting in the chair uncomfortable. I threw the box out so I couldn't return it...ended up giving it to my 13 year old son.

With the pandemic causing me to work from home full time a comfortable chair was absolutely required. Once my last chair broke I immediately went to Staples to find the replacement and landed on the Hyken. I am completely satisfied I don't even notice it after a long day in front of the computer. You won't be disappointed!

All 3 of my WFH siblings swear by this chair. It is better than what I was using but there's something about it that's not life-changing. I will say my neck does not hurt after 9hrs. Would recommend!

I'm not small but I'm not large either. I had this chair for almost a year but the foam at the edge is falling off leaving my thighs to rest on hard plastic. I feel like its too tight on the sides. If I could buy another chair I wouldn't buy this one.
