Head rest height is fixed so it digs into the shoulders of a tall person. Removed the head rest hence a four star rating. If the height was adjustable I would have given a five star rating.

I purchased the chair for my girlfriend but I tried it out at the store. I thought the chair was very comfortable and I loved the head rest. The chair was shipped to her house and she's loved it. The only gripe was the chair didn't go as high to reach her high desk but other than that no complaints.
