I like this chair: it is good for work at computer and of good quality for the price; very ergonomic. It is not soft/cozy/wide/relaxing kind of chairs like some of leather executive chairs or game chairs for PC; but it is more suitable than leather chairs during the hot and humid summer time (no sweating!). Also the chair was easy to assemble; instructions and pictures are very clear.

Well made chair but not enough adjustment for 5'3" woman. Depth not for shorter person and neck/head rest to far forward with no adjustment.

I have been very pleased with this chair (except for one problem). It is very comfortable with good support. My problem is that the head rest will not stay in the position where I put it; it falls back to a low position. I consider this chair a good value.

in general this is a great chair. we removed the headrest because it doesn't line up correctly for our height.

Love the chair but did end up taking off the head rest. I am rather short -about 5 foot tall and found the head rest uncomfortable. I also preferred the look of the chair without the head rest on. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase!

The cushion made the difference

Once I bought a cushion to go on the seat I like the chair very much. Prior to adding the cushion (a covered memory foam cushion with a "non-skid" bottom) I found the mesh to be rather scratchy through my work dress pants.

great back support. the only problem is that the seat is not flat it curves inward and is uncomfortable.
