max distance between the arms across your chest is too small you need to keep your arms too close to your body. Also they are too far forward in the picture position they keep the chair away fro the desk. I put them on backwards to sit close to the desk and only your elbow and a few inches of your arm rests on them but that works.
I sit in front of my computer several hours a day and needed a comfy chair that supported my neck as well as my back. This chair was exactly what I needed. The headrest provides support and the seat guides my back to an upright position - a win-win for me. The red color adds a bit of whimsy to my desk/studio area.
Assembly was super easy with everything including the hex key provided. The red color is a nice deep red. The assembled chair is 80% comfortable with my issue being the headrest. I think I received a defective headrest because one side bows out way more than the other which forces my head to turn to the right. Part of the reason I got this chair was for the headrest so it's a shame that i can't even use it with the headrest because it's uncomfortable.
