The chair is well-manufactured nut it took me 6 hours to assemble. Also One of the screws attaching the arm to the seat will not grip and attach.

Parts don't fit

I'vemade many ikea and other DIY furniture at home but this one didn't fit at all that some of the screws never went in fully and the driver wore out that I can't tighten it anymore. I'll at least need a new driver to attempt finishing the assembly but I honestly think this is a defective product.

The chair is comfortable. It is perfectly contoured to my body and it's sturdy and it looks great. Very comfortable. So far so good.

Easy to install lots of features durability tbd

My kid put this together and said it was easy to do. Comfortable chair with the nice feature that the chair arms come off easy for other tasks. Only had it for a week though so we'll see how long the chair lasts.

This is my second Hyken chair; the first lasting 6-7 years with daily work-from-home use. I find it comfortable for the full day. On both chairs I removed the head rest: at 5’ 10” it cannot be positioned high enough.

This chair was easy to assemble but the mesh seat is cheap and I am not sure how durable it's going to be. If it rips or tears then the chair is trash. The designer could have added more support to the seat. Not the best chair choice.

The headrest sold it!

There are a lot of nice ergonomic chairs out there but a lot of them don’t have headrests. I wanted an ergonomic chair with a headrest. This chair is also very affordable. I’m sitting in it right now it fits me perfectly and it’s so comfortable & it has a headrest. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I hope the chair holds up. It was easy to put together I had it done in less than an hour. I watched a Youtube video that went along with the directions. It was very helpful.
