This mesh chair was our 2nd one and as before was very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable for 8 hrs of work! The size is perfect for those that are 5'5" to 5'8" especially as it it not too big like many of the other chairs. The price to value is awesome and we would highly recommend this chair!

Even though we tried it in the store the one we received and built doesn't hit the right spot in my back and we can't get it adjusted the same. Unfortunately we can't get it back to the store in time to get a refund. Not happy.

My husband loves this chair so when I needed a new one I bought the same. Gave me spasms. I am 5’3”. Lumbar support is too rigid and the bottom edge is too harsh. If you don’t like the Aeron you won’t like this. Of course the problems ended up taking more than the 14 days and I missed my window to return it. Plus how was I supposed to take it apart and carry the enormous box back to the store for the return?

If you are 6"+ tall do not buy the chair. The head read is not adjustable and your shoulders will press against the head rest making it uncomfortable. It is not nearly as comfortable as my last chair that I had. Not worth the $150 I paid for it.

My wife and i looked at all of the chairs displayed at the Elk Grove store before deciding on this purchase. We were very fortunate to be helped by a young Associate by the name Dave. We were pleasantly surprised that Dave was knowledgeable about all of the chairs on display. Dave had the assistance of another gentleman named Bill. What a pleasure it was to have a great shopping experience because of two outstanding employees. The Manager of the Elk Grove CA store should be very proud of these two Gentlemen. The chair has been working out very well.
