Caused back spasms

The lumbar support hits my back in the worst way. It caused me spasms. Unfortunately the 14 days were up and I'm now stuck. My husband has the same chair and likes it but for me it was just awful. I have bought a replacement.

Overall I'm happy with the chair. It was easy to build and it's very comfortable. I wish the top piece that supports my head could move a little higher (at the highest setting I still find it a bit too low for my taste) but it's not a major issue.
