Great chair for work from home

Great comfort. Most of the controls are very well designed and adjustable. I use the chair almost 8-12 hours a day works well for me. The only improvement areas are as follows: 1. Lumbar support need to be firm it always slides down to the lowest most position I have to manually slide it back up. 2. Neck support could have up and down adjustment it only moves at an angle in 3 spots but not up and down.

Comfortable chair for a really nice price. Assembly was simple. If you are over 5'9" the headrest ends up being more of a neck rest. Overall happy with the quality/features to price ratio. Great value.

Feels ok Cylinder alerady going bad

Chair is a year old and about 2 months ago the cylinder started sinking. Its slowly getting worse as time goes on. Seems they used cheap cylinders in this chair and now i need to find a replacement cylinder. AS for comfort the back has give does not remain stiff upright so im always leaning back just a bit which is not what i wanted for my posture. Headrest is too low and only reaches the back of my neck.

This chair has the right amount of back support for me. I bought it to use with my sewing machine and now prefer it for the computer also rather than the chair we have for that. cool and comfortable!

I did not really care for the lack of support that the mesh seat provides. I'm going to hunt for a cushioned seat instead. In most other respects this is a fine chair - for the right buyer.
