This was a nice chair and seemed like it would be comfortable but the chair would not adjust low enough for my feet to sit flat on the floor. So it's not made for people on the shorter side. I had to return it.

First the chair came well packed and arrived the day after it was ordered as promised. The assembly instructions were easy to follow assembly was straightforward and a hex was provided for assembly. My initial impression of the chair was quite good but after sitting in the chair it became apparent there were a few issues. One was that the lower edge of the head rest at its highest position hit me squarely on top of my shoulder blades (I’m 6’ 1”). There are only 3 discrete locked seat back positions. And finally someone else had mentioned this the mesh in the seat sags after sustained seating (I weigh 210lbs). It does not remain that way if you are out of the seat for 45 minutes or so it will recover. Thus my rating of ‘ok’. It does serve its purpose just not entirely to my liking.

The head rest is too low. I had to take it off because it was hitting my neck and was really uncomfortable (I'm 6'). Wish the seat was deeper front to back wider and flatter. I regret buying on-line before trying it out.

Don't play Goldilocks and try out different chairs. Just buy this one! Lumbar support neck support and amazing seat controls. Locks in the straight back position or unlocks in a soft rocking option. AMAZING! Love this so much and the price is great too.

Which means probably not someone 6'2" and 180. The chair felt small for my frame like it was always trying to push me out of it and me having to push myself back in. I'm not the only reviewer to have said this. Guessing' here but for 5'4"-5'11" you'll be fine with this chair. Even fully spread the armrests are (only) 17+ inches apart--so if you have wide hips. . . As others have also found the mesh pinched/squeezed the sides of my legs (which are almost as wide as the seat). I love the synchro-tilt mechanism and so was sorry to return this chair. If they made the chair with a fabric&cushion seat (eliminating a couple of my problems with it) I'd likely have kept it.

Best chair I've had in quite some time! Had plenty of gamimg chairs before the Hykan - and I notw prefer office chairs over gaming chairs! Easy to put together as well. Staples is ahead of the pack!
