The lumbar support pokes your kidneys and or tailbone and cannot be raised high enough. It ended up causing me severe lower back pain after a couple weeks. Also the headrest digs into your shoulders and cannot be raised. This will be the case for anyone 5’10”+. And to top it all off when I logged in to return the chair it was one day too late (day 15). So looks like I’m stuck with it. Buy something better.

I like the lumbar support. Not sure about the head rest. Return policy is only 14 days. I think it should be a little longer.

Good Chair - Great for back support - shop your prices

I sit 8 hours per day or more on this chair. It is comfortable. The back support height can be adjusted and it helps immensely with some lower back issues that i have. I couldnt be happier about that point. Make sure you shop the price. I have found great fluctuations between stores. I paid to have it built so I cant speak to the assembly process.

I was deliberating between this and one other share for quite some time I ended up going for this because I likes the coolness of the match in the comfort as well as the lumbar support seemed to be more pressurised and I have Many lower back issues as well as I liked the ability to have an adjustable head. However something I did not account for is being cold with the chair and not being able to wrap up in a blanket because the cold air will still hit you from underneath also I found that the neck rest is not adjustable enough to move it out of the wayWhen you don't need to rest your neck and can be quite annoying. The thing that upset me most however is the fact that it ripped along the scene in less than a week I believe it was probably 3 or 4 days. Mind you this was something that I waz warned about when I purchased the chair that I did not think about before but since I waz made aware I make sure that I am very careful when I sit on it to not have anything sharp so the fact that i
