I spend 8+ hours a day working at a computer and even after using this chair only a week I can tell my body feels better because of it. Highly recommended!

The ergonomic design offers excellent lumbar support and the adjustable height and tilt features make it easy to customize for long hours at my desk. The seat cushion is firm yet comfortable providing just the right balance for extended sitting. The breathable mesh back keeps me cool and the smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to move around my workspace without scratching the floor. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions and the build quality feels solid and durable. On top of that the sleek modern design looks great in my home office. I am very pleased I purchased this chair! I opted for the gray color and I think it is very attractive for a desk chair. Furthermore the assembly process was so easy! The company has done a great job breaking down the steps and packaging the supplies you need. All of the parts felt sturdy and well made. Once you have the chair put together it is a pleasure to use. I appreciatte the many ways you can customize the way it fits your body. Overall I think this product has been well thought out I would definitely again buy from the company that produces it the price I paid at Staples was a great deal and purchasing from Staples could not have been easier.

My wife also uses it during the weekends; we especially enjoy the many adjustments on the chair. It is perfect for eight-hour days. I highly recommend that you have a second person when putting it together it will make everything run smoothly. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the chair!

Supportive and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work full time from home and so I was expecting a lot from this office chair. It was surprisingly comfortable while also being supportive. The seat is very thick so that definitely helped when I had to be sitting for long periods of time. The headrest was a nice feature but I didn’t use it very much. I really appreciated the ergonomic back support. The back part is flexible yet sturdy. It was easy to assemble I did it alone. My only complaint was that the seat adjustments were a little tricky to figure out. It didn’t work the first time I assembled it so I had to redo it. Overall I would recommend this chair for anyone who works in an office environment where you sit for long periods of time.

Comfortable and breathable office chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly of this chair was easy and the assembly guide was easy to follow. Once put together we fell in love. I thought I'd be using this chair for myself but now my whole family fights over it for their desks. This chair is comfortable breathable sleek and easily customizable. It's quite a bit taller than I thought it'd be but with the head support I understand why. The style and design is great and looks professional. It is very easy to adjust all the different parts of the chair though I was a little overwhelmed figuring out all of them. There is a lot that can be adjusted to your liking which I absolutely love. I need all the lumbar support due to back issues but my family doesn't so it's so nice to be able to adjust for each person. My sons use this for school and game play at their desks my husband uses it for work in his home office I use it for bill pay and checking emails and each of us have found it to be comfortable even hours later. Our only complaint is the arm rests are a little awkward and not as adjustable as we'd like especially for a smaller person. I highly recommend this chair. It's wonderful and doesn't leave me sweaty or uncomfortable. I love the support and movement and the design. My favorite is the almost memory foam like seat and lumbar support. Absolutely fantastic chair!

A Solid Ergonomic Desk Chair with Some Caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hyken Pro Black Chair is a great value for the money. Prior to receiving this chair I’d been using a different ergonomic desk chair that cost nearly 10x more than the Hyken and it surprised me to find so many similarities between the 2 chairs. The seat is nicely padded and the seat back and neck support are made of a flexible knitted mesh for air flow and ventilation. The chair allows for micro-adjustments in seat and arm height lumbar support and recline which makes for a super customized comfortable position. I’ve used the chair at my dining room table to work from home and also at my home office desk and in both situations I was able to easily position myself. I sit at my computer for 7-8 hours a day and this chair was comfortable for the duration. The neck support is a welcome addition. My prior desk chair didn’t have one and I’ve discovered that it’s nice to have head and neck support when I lean back. Now for the cons. While I did find the instructions simple and parts nicely organized it was still pretty difficult to put together. The pieces are bulky and heavy and because the instructions direct the user to assemble the chair upside down until the last step it’s hard to find a surface that accommodates the angles of the arm rests. If you’re not tall or able to lift or hold heavy items in place while you screw them together you may need a second person to help with assembly. The other 2 cons are aesthetic in nature. The chair’s base is a silver color and made from molded plastic. It feels heavy duty enough and I know it’s meant to look like metal but it winds up looking cheap when viewed up close. Maybe a different color way would hide this a little better? Lastly the arm rest pads are way too firm for my preference. I don’t find it comfortable to rest my elbows on them for any length of time and wish they had more give/cushion. All that said it’s a reasonably priced ergonomic desk chair that has a lot going for it.
