Very comfortable breathable mesh so you don't sweat like leather/vinyl chairs. Adjustable arms and height and recline for days when you can't get up out of the chair so that you can stretch!
The chair is really good for the price and it fits me pretty well. At the time I am 5 feet 6 inches tall. I would say if I was around 5 feet 8 inches tall it would fit me better. Overall it is a really good chair and the building process took under an hour. The chair can also recline a little it has adjustable head/neck support and lumbar support. The chair is on wheels so it can move around and it can turn/spin. There is also height adjustment features.
Pros: Good lumbar support (a bit adjustable as well) Descent quality Comfortable Cons: 1)Headrest not adjustable by height I'm 6.1 and in straight position I'm touching headrest with my shoulders (which a bit annoying so I had to remove headrest) . This is probably biggest complaint about this chair. 2) Mesh at the sitting is a bit hard if you sitting in shorts and expose your skin it might get uncomfortable (or some shorts/pants which are very thin .. i.e. leggings if you are women) Overall it is pretty good value tried many chairs from 200$ to 1200$ (I was ready to pay even 1000$+ if I would find something what I really like). My biggest complaint about other chairs was lumbar support I found this one most comfortable for me. It is not perfect but surprisingly it was the most comfortable chair for me (I work 8+ hours on it). I didn't try herman miller aeron since I wasn't able to find it at the store if I like it probably will replace this chair.
