I've only had the chair for a week but it exceeds my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. The chair is not cheap but it is significantly cheaper than proper office chairs that offer similar levels of confort. Now only time can tell if durability is as good as chairs that cost 4-10 times more.
As a short person the headrest seems to push my head forward instead of letting me rest my head. Removing it is much better for me haha otherwise a great chair. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. I love being able to lean back on it.
Basic chair seems well constructed and comfortable

I like the mesh seat and back. The chair is comfortable. It was easy to assemble (77 year old female) although it required some time. Before you begin to assemble decide if you want the arm rests. The arm rests interfered with my ability to access my desk so I did not use them. The screws are divided into color coded packets and the directions are in English and are specific. The included Allen Wrench is the only tool required. I put the head rest on the chair but it wasn't right for my height. Plus with the head rest on the chair appeared massive. The chair fits me much better (5'4") without the headrest. The seat and the back are comfortable and seem sturdy. I would have given 5 stars however part of the directions give me concern. The directions say to check the screws monthly to make sure they remain tight. It's difficult to determine the material in the screws but it causes me concern if the manufacturer suggests the screws be checked monthly.
I'd been searching for a supportive task chair for a long time. I've had 3 lumbar surgeries in the past and finding a solid supportive chair to use at the computer was high on my list. This wonderful chair has filled the bill for me with great lumbar and neck support. My husband returned to Staples to get one for himself!
Read this before you buy: PROS: It is not a bad chair It is decently priced It is comfy using its lean back options It does not cut off circulation in my legs The mesh is actually comfy and not stiff CONS: The lumbar support is non-existent and is touching my butt...only adjusts about an inch up and down. Not practical The headrest pushes my shoulders forward I am unable to sit straight up because in the locked forward position it is not locked fully as there is push back I am weighing about 140 lbs and the wheels like to move and push me around on my tile floor-beware: mind of its own lol Also if im sitting back the chair starts moving me in a circle if i am in the relaxed position? weird always having to readjust I bought this chair for the ergonomic purposes and it is straight lackin. It is comfy and im sad to have to return it but it is not exactly what i was expecting. I am a streamer and gaming chairs suck Onwards and upwards!
