Has a lot of cushion and bounce. Perfect back height for 5'4" person but taller people don't like where the back hits their shoulder blades. I wish the arms had 3 height adjustments instead of only 2.

I love this chair. It fits me perfectly and doesn’t give a “heavy” look to the room as leather chairs do. I highly recommend it and am so glad that I found it.
