My main complaint about this chair is that there isn't a way to adjust the head rest height. Because of this it constantly hits me it the back of my shoulders. Other than that I like the chair. If you're under 6' it probably won't be an issue.

Comfortable and well built. arms do not actuate back castors were not the best quality so 4 out of 5 stars. Best instructions I've used in a while. Fasteners are separated by number and sizes are clearly marked.

im 5'9" tall and the headrest would hit my shoulders. i had to do the online hack to raise the headrest. another option was to not install the headrest at all. other wise good chair. easy to install.
