Pros: • Decently comfortable chair for the price • Assembly was easy Cons: • Headrest is large and looks like you're sitting in Stephen Hawking's chair on video calls. I had to take it off. • Seat mesh has plenty of give in the middle but not in front so it feels like your thighs are resting on a bar. • Reclining back locks in very few positions so you're either really upright or really reclined.

Easy to assemble. Decent construction material. Sizing issues for 6'0" 175lbs Headrest is too short. Seat too small/can't adjust to be further out. Lumbar support not adjustable. Spending on a chair with more adjustments would be better.

This is an excellent chair for the price. We now have two. Delivered the next day and the assembly is a sinch. If you are looking at the Herman Miller options this is an excellent alternative with huge feature overlap for a fraction of the price. Time will tell if it holds up against the Herman Miller quality.

Great back support. Thighs are squeezed

I love this chair because it solved the problems with previous one with back support and a higher height to match my desk. However it does squeeze my thighs on the sides. The chair is meant for someone skinnier. For reference I am size 14 which the average in the US so the chair is made for someone skinnier than average. I can live with it but just something to keep in mind.

I got this in comparison to a Herman Miller Aeron chair and it does an excellent job at a fraction of the price. I did upgrade one thing and got some of those replacement wheels that are like inline skate wheels. Now it glides like a dream. Also got the replacement plan to combat those reviews that said the material tore well if it does now it'll be replaced. So I'd say an overall excellent value and comfort level.

Chair is nice and easy to assemble with included wrench. The problem is that I am 6' tall and the seat is too short and the head rest is very low and hits my shoulder blades at its maximum height... needs to be about 3" higher so I must remove it. The chair is nice but realistically only for shorter people... probably 5'6".

It's a no for me

Pros: SUPER easy to assemble. I can't put anything together and this was so easy. Like 6 steps of screws. EASY easy. It's the only reason it got 2 stars instead of one. Cons: Literally everything else. I have no idea how this has such high ratings. I have wide hips and they don't comfortably fit in the seat. I'm 5'10'' and the headrest is too short for me. Best for someone under 5'8''. Last but not least the seat itself... it's SO uncomfortable. My butt was hurting after sitting in it for like minutes. Thankfully it was easy to put together because I will be taking it apart for a very prompt return. I'd say if you're taller than 5'8'' and weigh over 225 pounds I would definitely NOT get this chair.
