I was hesitant at first but then I saw the 9 000 reviews and I was like whoa something must be right about this! I decided to take the plunge and purchase it. I have not regretted it it's very comfortable and ergonomical while on the PC. I got this for work. Love it!

I like my purchase so far. It provide the adequate support on the back and neck! Not soft that you can sink in but very comfortable for me who sit about more than 5 hours in front of computer! Haven't developed any aches yet! Love the color as well!
