save your money and avoid this chair ... for this outrageous price its a complete let down! the wheels barely roll. you will need different wheels if you hope to move, disappointing ,the armrests are nothing sort of dangerous armrests are cheap & do not lock in place so they slip and or move when you use fail and no straight back horrible for people with a bad back more like a dentist chair than an office chair ..literally couldnt be more disappointed with this product avoid at all costs
It's decent enough, but still has some annoying flaws. The entire back section has some "play" in it, wobbles slightly left and right (yes, all fasteners are tight.) The seat itself is ever-slow-slightly tilted forward, making you feel like you want to slip forward when you are not seated completely upright. Everything else is as expected... not terrible, not great, just average.
For the price, this chair feels very cheap - sharp plastic weld lines, arm rests are rattle-y, etc. In addition, the arm rests are very narrow, forcing your arms in and your shoulders up, not very comfortable for any length of time. I'd return it if I'd kept the receipt and not used it for a month now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jay, thanks for replying to our product review request. We appreciate you taking to time to let us know about your experience.
I work from home, so I use this chair 8-10 hours per day during the work week. So far it has been great, and we’ll see how it holds up over the next few months/years. The headrest is a nice touch, but I can see it being an issue for taller folks 6’ and taller . The good thing is there is a head rest mod on YouTube.
At its most forward position, the seat back is at a 20 to 30 degree angle back, meaning there is no support if you wish to sit up straight at your desk.
Not sure why they did this – especially since the chair does have 3 locked positions for back recline angles. It would be nice if one of them had the seat fully straight up!
This makes the chair very uncomfortable and causes backaches when working at your desk.

The seat of the chair leans forward slightly, making it feel as though you will fall forward. I have to keep my feet planted in front of me to stay in the seat.
The arm rests are very uncomfortable. My elbows hurt after a few hours of using the chair.
