I've been bought many chairs for the past 4 years. Since I've bought the Hyken Mesh Task Chair I feel very comfortable every time sitting on it. I think I've got a right choice!

Model in store was much more comfortable

This chair was very comfortable in the store but is causing me severe back pain (I've never had back pain before this) now that I own it. The lumbar support does not adjust high enough and the tilt feature only locks into a reclined position or sitting completely straight. I received this chair as a new employee and am stuck sitting in pain each day.

this chair is so uncomfortable. There are multiple videos and websites about how to make it tolerable to sit in.
