The one in the store seemed very supportive but once it was put together in the office it didn't have enough seat or lumbar support for me although I am a bit overweight.

It's a nice chair the seat is mesh though and doesn't give much support or cushion. I'm going to have to buy a chair cushion for it.

Chair is reasonably comfortable in the seat arms are very limited in motion. The hydraulic unit on my chair does not stay at its setting so while I raise the chair it lowers incrementally while sitting. Infuriating. Replacement part is back-ordered two months.
