Clear instructions and easy to put together. It’s definitely better than my old chair. Two issues are that it doesn’t quite reach the height I wanted and I could foresee the seat mesh losing support quickly and I’m not a big person. We shall see.

I like the chair a lot however I do wish it had more adjustment for the lumbar. The arm rest...let's say the jury is still out on them. It would be nice if they could be lowered a little more with maybe a more padding; elbows get sore after a bit. All around I like this chair and may be purchasing a second for more fiance's sewing/craft room to replace that old leather chair. I did buy the extened warranty for this chair as it is a mesh chair and I am old school but willing to try something new.

It has several adjustments. Headrest arm height lower lumbar and chair height. The mesh is sturdy and a great color. Chair ia handsome (not cheesy looking). Price was fair.

Since working remotely at home for the past year I suddenly started having coccyx pain. I tried all the recommended seat cushions for this issue but none helped. I decided I probably needed a new desk chair. I read a lot of reviews for great desk chairs but I need to try them out before buying. I tested this chair in a store and it was so comfortable that I immediately went home and ordered it. I have no regrets. It is so comfortable I don't have coccyx pain any longer. I love the head rest and how it reclines back. Highly recommend.
