The chair is great but the headrest isn’t adjustable and sits too long. Therefore it’s pretty useless. I’m 5’10” and I had to remove it entirely

This is a nice chair that is well built and provides good support. I bought it specifically for the head rest as few other chairs offer this. It was easy to assemble and is very solid. My only complaint is that the mesh seat is a bit unforgiving and makes my rear numb after a short period of time. I will likely need a seat cushion to avoid this but overall I'm happy with the chair when compared to others of similar design which are more expensive.

Used for more than a year now and still supports back and neck perfectly. Check if the height of your desk works with the height of chair. Definitely sits a little low for most desks

The chair is comfortable and looks great. i do wish the top of the back rest could be tilted/angled closer to the seat so i could sit a bit more perched toward the front. I may try some washers under one of the mounting screws to accomplish this. It was delivered with a broken piece of the plastic back support cover but one phone call and i had a new back in 3 days! great costumer support! Great Chair

Much improved version of the older hyken chair

I bought a hyken chair back in 2019. While it was good I had a few complaints - arm rests felt too stiff and the actual chair was a little too long for my legs The foam tip part of the chair felt like it was cutting off circulation to my legs. That was fixed with this flexfit version! Wheels also move more freely and the lumbar support is definitely improved with this.
