Gas Cylinder is Terrible

Chair: Rated for 275 lbs. Me: Rated at 220 - 225 lbs. Pneumatic Cylinder: Nope. I've owned this for about 18 months (purchased in store not online so not exactly sure). I always check the weight rating on chairs. Okay so I did that. I even made sure there was a 20% margin of error. And yet this chair failed anyway leaving me with a sinking feeling that it needs to be replaced. Is it really too much to ask for a product to do what it promises? Apparently so.

Very light and aerodynamic. Quite similar to $1000+ name brand chairs. My only qualm is the head rest is uncomfortable unless I lean back (5’10”)

Smaller than expected

Good looking chair but smaller than expected. This chair is probably best for someone around 5'7". Other reviews started that would be okay up to 5'10" and this is not the case for me. Wound up having to remove the headrest. Also the seat of the chair dips downy near the back making it awkward to sit all the way back in the chair. Had upper back pain a few weeks after using the chair and now use a cushion to fill the gap that alleviated that issue. Overall wouldn't recommend it without trying it first.

Incredible desk chair

We have purchased 4 of these chairs two for my husband's office 1 for my home office and we just bought one for our son for his home office. Very comfortable quality is great and a good value. Highly recommend.
