Second Time Buyer

I bought the chair twice so hopefully that explains the rating. They seem to have improved the leg design a bit but this chair is identical to the first one otherwise. I have had the original several years (I'm honestly not sure when I bought it) and appreciate the simple comfort adjustments and head rest. I am actually not replacing the original I simply needed a second office chair in another part of my house. The design improvement was regarding the black plastic pieces on top of the chair's base. On the original they are loose and sometimes pop off. The new one doesn't seem to have that problem. I consider it cosmetic and never thought much about it. It is simple practical and doesn't look bad in my offices. I would generally recommend it.

Assembly mostly easy. Problem attaching both screws for headrest. Screws should have taper. Chair is very comfortable and supports well.

Mesh Chair

This is my first mesh chair and I like it. It is actually softer than the conventional padded chair that it replaced. I would have given it 5 stars if the headrest were adjustable up and down. The head rest tilts but does not move up and down. An odd thing about a mesh chair is that you can see through it. So if you're looking for your slippers and they're behind the chair you can see them.

Chair provides great back support and the headrest is great. Love the way the back tilts when I'm just being lazy and reading online articles.

Very comfortable chair.

The chair took me 2 hours to put together but that's because I'm thorough. My friends say it should have taken me only 30 minites. What can I say. The instructions were very easy to follow and the packaging was great. But.... it's very comfortable and I'm SO happy with my chair! Now I can work from home during this pandemic safely and comfortably. Yay! Very smart purchase.

Good quality chair. The only complaint is the mesh seat is a little too stiff for me. Hopefully will break in a bit.
