Though better than my previous Staples chair this one has a strange dip in the seat (at the back) and it doesn’t do anything to provide support to my back. Moreover the neck rest is useless too— I prefer to call it neck unrest and I don’t use it. Very Disappointed because I had high expectations for the price I paid!

I bought the Hyken mesh chair after watching some Youtube reviews on it. Many people said the chair feels like a much more expensive chair. I got it on sale and love it.

Very comfortable chair. I would have given a 5 star if the head rest were adjustable. I just removed it and chair is much more comfy for my height. It was very easy to assemble as well.
