The back adjuster on the back is cheap and lowers itself subtly after laying back for a while dust collects frequently under the seat due to the design. I'm 5'5 140lbs for reference and I feel to way to laid back (I'm not sure if it's because of the seat unloosing after some time.) For the most part the padding is comfortable but in the long run it's not worth it imo. Last thing to add is that there's no locks on the wheel so it's possible it can move quite easily.

We love this chair...I've has 2 of them (one for me and one for my wife) for the longest time and they are both in excellent condition...no sag in any of the spots that provide support. I liked it so much that when I needed a chair for my work bench area I ordered another one.
