I have only been using my chair for 2 days but it has been exactly what I needed. The other chair I had I would experience back pain by 3 pm. I do not have that with this chair. I would recommend.

Great chair but could use better arm support

After two weeks of use the left arm feels loose and wobbles making squeaky sounds. I bought precisely the same chair a year ago and that one has the same issue. Arms wiggle a bit. The chair is comfortable and obviously I wouldn't repurchase it if it bothered me too much yet it's something that could be improved.

Left arm broke in two presumably because I used it to get in and out of the chair I'm 5'11" 205 at the time hardly a giant. Cheap plastic arms strangely bent.

I have tried many chairs. I really wanted to get the Areon but that was out of my budget. This chair has done wonders for my back. I love it.

Lumbar support causes pain

Lumbar support has extremely limited adjustment and digs into your back is extremely painful.

Very comfortable

I've had this chair for about a month now and it is definitely one of the most comfortable office chairs I've used. Some chairs that make you sit with correct posture sometimes take some time getting use to but from the first day I've had it no problems with my back or sitting for extended periods. My only complaint is the headrest because you can't raise it and its more like a neck rest for me and I'm only 6'.
