The chair gives great support to my back and the headrest is nice. The only drawback is the mesh is a little sticky especially on skin.

Not as comfortable after an hour

It was described as comfortable for sitting continuously for at least four hours. I was uncomfortable after an hour and now have to look for a seat cushion to put on top....defeats having bought a new chair :(

great chair except the headrest

I am 5'11" and I am not enjoying the headrest pushing on my shoulders. I will either remove it or return the chair. Otherwise it seems a comfortable and useful chair.

Good but not if you're tall

I'm 5'9 with an athletic build of 200lbs. I've found that with sitting up straight in the chair has the headrest lower corners cutting into my shoulders. If you sit more relaxed it should be fine. I was able to put the head rest all the way up and back and it's mostly fine.
