So glad I bought this

I have spine and neck arthritis and needed a better office chair. I tried several stores and brands but the moment I sat in this particular chair I knew it was The One. I've owned it for a few weeks now and I've had far less back and neck strain/stiffness after working for the day. So glad I purchased this!

Bad hydraulics

Chair sits comfortably. However right after assembly it will slowly lower or drop a couple inches when sitting in it. Will call company for new hydraulic cylinder. Hope the replacement is better

Assembly 9/10 - As Easy as it gets As soon as I put this together and sat on it it sunk down. What's that about? LOL. Defective Strut? Maybe. I'm returning for a refund.

I bought this chair about a week ago and am enjoying it much more than the imitation leather one that I replaced. Assembly was fairly easy and my local staples had it in stock.

This FlexFit Hyken Mesh chair is well constructed and feels great. I'm an author and this chair allows me to sit for long stretches of time without any back fatigue or seat discomfort. I highly recommend this chair.

One year in and it can't hold 185lbs

It is just about one year since I bought this and for the last month I occasionally am sitting on the plastic below the mesh. I only weigh 185lbs. I had found one of these at the curb that someone else was throwing away a few years back and though lots of things were wrong with it from age the mesh held me just fine for four years. I ended up getting a replacement because the arm pads were extremely worn and falling apart. When I got the new one I noticed that the mesh looked like it was half as heavy as before but I just trusted the company. They skimped on the weight of the mesh and it shows. I am going to contact them and see what they will do but the product isn't worth buying if this is what the chair is now-a-days.

Great support for back and neck

Provides great lumbar and neck support at a great price. Only improvement I would suggest is to make the tilt tension tighter for more resistance.
