The fabric that constitutes the seat has stretched a little after two weeks of use and so I don't feel as supported by the seat. I'm only 167 lbs and the seat is sagging. The arm rests are quite hard. Elbows hurt regularly after prolonged desk work. No wonder this chair is routinely on sale. Should be another $50 cheaper than it is for this quality.
The lumbar support that I thought was the best feature of this chair is too high for me. I measured the length of the back part of the chair and it's 1/2 inch longer than the one my neighbor has. So I have to use a seat cushion. Other than that the chair is fine.
I have purchased used big name chairs in the past and they cost much more than this brand new one whose comfort and quality is similar plus I didn’t have to drive to the used office furniture warehouse to accept their least beat up item.
My back started troubling me very much after sitting in a regular dining room chair for hours on end knitting. I've researched many chairs and ended up buying this one. I did have to add an orthopedic seat cushion by seat solutions to it which is just a wedge you put on the seat; now it is fantastic and I can rest my arms when knitting also just love this chair This is the best investment I've made in years for my back! I also love the ease with which it rolls across the carpet.5 stars for sure ! Do not tighten the mesh of the seat too much otherwise you will have a hard time tilting it to the degree you like. Just something that I have learned.
