The chair felt good in store but after the assemble the chair is wobbly and does not seem the same from what I saw in the store.

I think that this chair is nice with one caveat. First the seat cushion is nice it has decent firmness but is soft. The armrests and very adjustable and aren’t the softest but they feel nice and haven’t given me any problems. Headrest is also extremely adjustable and it feels decent. Everything is breathable but the seat cushion could run slightly warmer than if you had a mesh seat. I personally don’t want a mesh seat despite that, but others may think otherwise. The lumbar support is where I feel this chair starts falling behind. To me there is way too much of it; it seems overly aggressive even at the lowest setting. Fortunately I can move the backrest up and down to make it a bit more bearable, but honestly I just wish the lowest setting was actually low. When I first built the chair and sat in it for the first time it felt nice for the first moment, but then I started to notice the lumbar support being VERY prominent. I noticed it’s bothersome most whenever the backrest was too low. I raised it and like I said it feels ok now. But if you love or need a lot of lumbar support this should be a perfect chair Staples, I may not be a chair expert, but I would suggest giving more adjustments for the lumbar support. This chair is such an amazing chair at a fair price with all the adjustments and features, but please allow us to have minimal lumbar support. Not everyone’s back is blown out. I love every other aspect of this chair, that’s what makes me so miffed that it’s so aggressive and I can’t even reduce it. I hope that maybe there is a fix or maybe a replacement back rest that isn’t so crazily aggressive with lumbar. I attached a picture and I hope it demonstrates how much, at its lowest setting, the lumbar support sticks out. It may not seem like a lot in the pic, but to me at least, it’s a bit bothersome. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if I’m not used to this much “support” but I’m gonna keep testing it out for another couple weeks and see if I want to return it. I really want to like this chair though. I may update the review after some time
Comfortable, lightweight, sturdy and adjustable. My sister-in-love had first so I got one for my dad and it is great quality. Very comfortable, adjustable head and arm rest, you can also lean back in chair and set to hold or allow the chair to move when you move. Certainly highly recommend.
