It’s okay. I like the long back with the headrest. The quality does seem a little bit lower for the price, and the lumbar support could use more adjustment. Also the lean back doesn’t lock well so sometimes I’m leaning and it will pop and disengage
Great design, it's a comfortable chair, however the headrest is just way to low for me. Would have opted for the Dexley but it was to wide in comparison and uncomfortable. When I buy again I would probably opt for the Hyken Pro.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Arms don't stay locked in position. Lumbar support doesn't stay locked in position. And on top of that, I received a clearly used product that was listed as new.
The chair cannot be adjusted so that you can sit straight or upright.
I was looking for a chair to work at a desk or computer. However, this chair is more of a recliner. It is too reclined to use at a desk. You are either laying back or working without any support, which is not usable for long hours. Even in the most upright position you are leaning back. Hind sight is 20-20, look at the pictures, the angles marked are the correct ones. There is no upright position.
If you are very large and want to lay back, this is the chair for you. The chair is very large, sturdy, and seems well made. I'm 6' 2", my feet don't touch the floor at the lowest position and the seat is too deep even in the shortest position. My wife could not use this chair.
Easy to assemble, great packaging and instructions. Difficult to disassemble.
Started a return, but so far, I can't get the gas lift separated from the base and the seat plate.
