I had someone assemble this chair. I bought it on sale, so it was a good deal and it arrived quickly, but the backrest is defective. The mesh part and the armrest do not attach properly, which cause some screws have fallen out. My fingers sometimes get pinched. I cannot return it because there is no way I can disassemble it. Other than that, it is an ergonomic chair that helps my posture and is comfortable.
At this price point, this is a very nice chair, after using it daily for over a month. Assembly is easy enough like most chairs. The Hex key required to put it together is included. It requires few steps and it's documented, with well organized hardware.
The seat cushion is a molded, dense foam. The back is all mesh, which I want, with a pronounced, and adjustable lumbar support. The headrest provides some adjustment. The recline angle can be locked in at a preferred angle, and of course it has pneumatic height adjustments. Also the angle of the seat cushion has three settings. The height of the armrests is adjustable and they can also swivel a bit.
I thought I'd found th perfect computer chair but soon found out not for me. I really liked the seat having comfortable firm cushioning. The problem for me was it only raised up just over 20 inches from the floor. It was a real deal breaker so my search will continue.
