I bought this chair because it says it is ergonomic, but it doesn't feel like it is. I cannot get enough lumbar support from the included support bar and I also cannot get a lumbar cushion to stay on the chair. I also cannot get the chair to stay in one position but also have some flexibility in movement. In other words, the tilt tension adjustment knob doesn't appear to do anything at all.I am 5 feet, 8 inches tall and the headrest hits between my shoulders even when pulled up as far as it will go. The chair is an excellent value and appears well made, but I am disappointed in the ergonomic features it claims - just ask my sore lower back at the end of each work day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received the chair about 1.5 months ago. Assembly went well and was fairly easy. All parts were there. The chair has been comfortable and is holding up well. The only complaint I have is that the lumbar support does stick out a bit far and can't be pulled in enough.
I like this chair-it's comfortable and was easy to assemble. A couple of things I don't like: the lumbar support is a little uncomfortable and would benefit from more adjustability. The armrests go out of positions far too easily-I'm constantly having to re-position them. There needs to be some sort of lock or stiffener to keep them in place
This chair has so many possible adjustments! This part I absolutely love! . The seat is comfortable but the arm pads are pretty hard for working at a desk 8 hours a day. The main problem, which caused me to stop using the chair, is the lumbar support. It has two positions and both stick out way too far for me to get comfortable. I'm very disappointed. Maybe a pillow above the lumbar strapped to the back rest would work but I shouldn't have to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Purchased as a Christmas gift and it is still in the unopened box it came in. Therefore, I cannot really say although according to the specs it seems to meet what we were and are looking for.
